Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using PrepSarthiAI. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

PrepSarthiAI is an online exam preparation tool for HTET (Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test) aspirants. We provide previous year question papers, mock tests, and performance tracking. We are NOT a coaching institute and do NOT provide teaching services.

2. Account & Registration

• You must provide a valid Indian phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One account per phone number. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Copy, redistribute, or sell our question content without permission.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service.
• Submit false reports on questions intentionally.

4. Content & Accuracy

• Questions are sourced from publicly available HTET previous year papers published by BSEH.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do NOT guarantee that every question and answer is 100% correct.
• Users can report incorrect questions using the in-app report feature.
• We are not responsible for any errors in questions or answers.

5. No Guarantee of Results

PrepSarthiAIis a practice tool. We do NOT guarantee that using our app will result in passing the HTET exam. Exam results depend on many factors including your overall preparation, exam day performance, and BSEH's evaluation criteria.

6. Intellectual Property

• Previous year questions are public government documents published by BSEH for public use.
• The app design, code, features, and original content are the intellectual property of PrepSarthiAI.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or its content without written permission.

7. Plans, Billing & Refunds

• PrepSarthiAI offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free tier is available with limited features.
• Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Promotional offers (including "first 15 days free") are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 24 hours of your first paid payment only. This is a one-time refund window and does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals.
• Subsequent billing cycle charges are non-refundable. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
• The free tier features and limits may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice before reducing free tier benefits.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may suspend or terminate the service at any time for maintenance or other reasons.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

PrepSarthiAIis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
